About this Event
Microsoft 365 sits at the heart of how many businesses work. AI is opening up new ways to use that environment, from Microsoft Copilot and everyday productivity through to automation and AI agents.
At the same time, businesses are adopting other AI tools such as Claude from Anthropic. This raises questions about how different AI tools fit alongside Microsoft 365 and your wider technology stack, which tools suit different tasks, and how your existing Microsoft environment can support secure AI adoption.
In this session, we'll explain the different ways businesses can use AI, show some of the possibilities, and share our recommendations for getting started. We'll look at AI through the three A's: augmentation, automation and agentic, progressing from individual productivity through to more advanced business processes.
