About this Event
There is a quieter way to approach plant medicine.
Microdosing 101 is an in-person evening for people who want clear, honest information without the hype. We cover the science, the practice, and your real questions, in a calm room with good tea.
You might be considering microdosing for the first time. You might have been exploring on your own and want more structure. Either way, you'll leave with a grounded understanding of the benefits and the risks, a framework for approaching the practice thoughtfully, and tools to notice what's actually shifting in your life.
What we'll explore
- The foundations. What microdosing is, what it isn't, and why the goal is to feel more like yourself rather than different.
- The science. How mushrooms interact with the brain, explained plainly, with an honest look at what the research shows and where it's still catching up.
- Safety first. Who should not microdose, important Medic*tion considerations, and when to pause.
- Frameworks and rhythms. The most widely used approaches and how to decide what fits your life.
- Integration. Guided journaling, intention setting, and somatic practice. This is the part most people skip, and it's where the change actually takes root.
- A guest expert. Each session features a different mycologist or mental health professional.
- Open Q&A. Bring your questions. Nothing is off-limits.
What makes this evening different
Most microdosing classes stop at how. We spend just as much time on what happens next: how to observe, reflect, and integrate what you notice into your daily life. Each session has its own integration theme, so returning guests always find something new.
