Join Mrs.Golden with the The Unbound Woman Project and F45 Arvada Ridge are teaming up for Race for a Reason — a functional fitness race simulation benefiting Hope House Colorado.
Whether you're training for HYROX, curious about functional fitness racing, or just want to challenge yourself alongside an incredible community, this event is for you.
Expect a combination of running + functional strength and endurance stations designed to test your engine, strength, grip, pacing, and ability to keep moving when your legs are telling you otherwise. 😉
This is not an official HYROX event and the movements will be modified based on available equipment, but the goal is to provide a similar race-day stimulus: compromised running, strength endurance, aerobic capacity, and a whole lot of grit.

Proceeds from Race for a Reason will benefit Hope House Colorado, an organization that supports parenting teen moms as they work toward personal and economic self-sufficiency.
