Hosted at the beautiful St. George’s College Quad in Crawley, this is your annual opportunity to taste, explore and experience our menu items firsthand - and discover what we can bring to your next event, whether you’re planning a wedding, corporate function, private celebration or something completely your own.

Please arrive on time where possible to enjoy the full experience and menu on offer from start to finish. Food & beverage service will conclude at 8:00pm, with guests kindly asked to depart the venue by 8:30pm at the latest, out of courtesy to the St George's College residents.
Parking:
Limited parking is available onsite. We recommend utilising nearby public parking, including the Boatshed Public Parking Facility opposite the College (off Mounts Bay Road), or street parking along Hackett Drive, Park Avenue and Crawley Drive.
Street parking is subject to local council signage and restrictions. Parking is free after 6:00pm on surrounding streets, including Park Avenue and Crawley Drive, located behind the College off Mounts Bay Road.
Alternatively, we encourage guests to consider public transport or rideshare to and from the event.

To ensure everyone is properly accommodated throughout the evening, please let us know any known dietary requirements for yourself and/or any guests joining you by 5pm Monday, 5 October 2026 at the latest (via email: [email protected] or when prompted at the time of ticket confirmation / check-out).
All known dietary requirements will be thoughtfully catered for and providing this information in advance allows our kitchen team to properly prepare and offer the best possible alternatives where required, ensuring everyone can enjoy the full experience.
