This is a one-day workshop for Perth small business owners who can't justify $1,500+ a month for an agency, but still need their social media to actually bring people through the door.

What we cover
The plan. How to decide what to post before the month starts, around your specials, your quiet products, your events, and what your customers actually care about.
The strategy. How to use AI tools properly to build your content plan, generate ideas, write hooks and draft captions in your voice, not generic filler anyone can smell. Plus how to read what's working for other businesses and make it work for yours.
The shoot day. Why filming one day a month replaces the daily scramble. What to capture, how to prepare your team, how to get real people on camera without hating it — and why your phone is genuinely enough.
The editing. How to turn what you filmed into reels and carousels that hold attention, using free tools you already have access to.
The posting. A five-minute-a-day habit that keeps it running, and how to tell whether any of it is working.
All of it held together in one free planning platform, so you always know what's going out and when. We'll set yours up together on the day.
This is hands-on. You'll be filming, editing and planning in the room, on your own business, not a hypothetical one. You'll leave having done it once already, with me standing next to you.

Who's running this?
I'm Pascal! I run Vividly Social, a Perth social media agency.
Business and marketing degree from UWA, though I didn't wait to graduate to start. While I was studying I was interning at one of Perth's biggest digital agencies, worked at two corporate marketing jobs, and ran a small café's socials on the side. Then a year full-time at a Perth agency doing accounts and content shoots, before I worked out I could just do this myself.
Since then I've met a lot of business owners who can't justify agency prices. Most of them don't need one, they need a system. That's what this day is.
