• Tennis Coaching (Age 16+): Perfect for Beginners, Improvers and Intermediates. Learn essential skills—serving, rallying, and scoring—in a supportive group environment.
• Cardio Tennis: A high-energy fitness class on a tennis court. It’s all about moving to the music, hitting loads of balls, and getting a full-body workout. No prior tennis experience is required—it doesn't matter if the ball goes in or out!.
