Join me for our annual Halloween metal yoga class at @chapelofbonesraleigh in Raleigh, NC!On Sunday 10/25 at 11am, peel your corpse out of bed, throw on some fake blood, and get ready to move your bones, as we flow together in an all-levels yoga class to a metal Halloween inspired playlist! No experience required, but there will be lots of options for everyone!🦇
☕️ All participants will receive a complimentary coffee of their choice ($5 value) with ticket purchase to enjoy before, during, or after the class ☕️
Let’s get batty. Registration is required in advance, if you dare! Please be sure to bring your own yoga mat to practice on or DM Lianna to rent one.
