MESSY BUN CROWN ON. 👑💗Mums, this one's for YOU.
Not the kids. Not the school calendar. Not the never-ending to-do list.
**YOU.**
On Sunday 1 November, we're taking over Combine Air Rozelle for four hours of movement, connection, practical wellbeing and a chance to properly switch off.
MOVE. CONNECT. RESET. RECOVER.
💪 MOVE: Kick things off with a coached high-altitude group training session. Good energy, plenty of laughs and absolutely no pressure to perform with coach and super mum of 3, Britt Reynolds.
☕ CONNECT: Coffee, delicious pastries from Bertoni Cafe and actual adult conversations with women who get the beautiful chaos of motherhood.
🧠 RESET: Join Kate Landete, clinically registered Counsellor and Accredited EMDR Practitioner, for *Creating Calm*, and Mum of 2, for a practical session on stress, overwhelm and finding your feet when life gets loud.
✨ RECOVER: Switch off with Sebastian Cabrera and a restorative sound meditation. No questions to answer. No one calling out “Muuuuum!” Just permission to stop.
🛍️ PLUS: Take home a premium Messy Bun Mums gift bag valued at over $500 with thanks to our event partner LSKD.
