MENtality: Mental Health Workshop
Youth Bar presents MENtality, an interactive mental health workshop created especially for men. It’s a space for honest conversation, meaningful connection, and exploring the challenges men face without having to carry them alone.
Facilitated by actor Andre K. Jefferson, this workshop invites you to take part—not just sit and listen. Come ready to share your perspective, listen to others, and participate in guided discussions and activities. Be prepared to engage, while sharing only what feels comfortable for you.
