The Open Door Circle: A Mental Health Professional MeetupHolding space for others takes a toll. Research shows that roughly 42% of mental health professionals suffer from high emotional exhaustion, leading to burnout, cynical attitudes towards clinical work, and a fading sense of achievement. Not only does burnout impact our personal well-being, but it also directly affects professionalism and patient care.
Let’s not be that statistic.
Join us for The Open Door Circle, a supportive space for therapists, counselors, life coaches, psychologists, psychiatrists, and other mental health workers to decompress, share the weight of clinical work, and combat burnout together.
This small, peer-led gathering offers a safe harbor to discuss heavy cases, emotional fatigue, and self-doubt without fear of judgment.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- A Safe Space: A confidential, non-judgmental environment to reflect on the emotional toll of carrying others' burdens.
- Peer Connection: Share experiences and build community with colleagues who truly "get" the unique challenges of our field.
- Burnout Prevention: Exchange practical coping strategies to protect your energy and mental health.
- Shared Wisdom: Gain fresh perspectives and mutual encouragement from fellow providers navigating similar professional hurdles.
