About this Event
Midlife can bring profound changes in mood, sleep, stress resilience, and emotional well-being—and for many women, shifting hormones are an important and often overlooked part of the picture. In this approachable, evidence-based discussion, endocrinologist Dr. Shamita Trivedi will explore how the hormonal transitions of perimenopause and menopause intersect with anxiety, depression, sleep, cognition, and the body’s response to stress. She will help women understand what may be happening physiologically, recognize when symptoms deserve further attention, and identify practical strategies that support both hormonal and mental health. The goal is to replace uncertainty with understanding and give women the tools to navigate midlife with greater confidence and resilience.
Dr. Shamita Trivedi is a thought leader in the field of Endocrinology and is committed to advancing Women’s Health at every stage of life. With almost 20 years of experience in hormone health, she combines evidence-based medicine with a deeply human approach to care. Her work spans clinical practice, thought leadership, and integrative wellness, helping individuals and communities thrive – physically, mentally, and emotionally. As the Medical Director of Casad Health and Wellness, Dr. Trivedi uses her Endocrinology training to create protocols, build platorms, and care for women and men in midlife and beyond, to ensure that her patients at every age live life to their absolute fullest.
