This nationally recognized 2-day Mental Health First Aid course provides practical strategies, self-care techniques, and hands-on scenario-based learning using the ALGES action plan.Participants will gain a deeper understanding of mental health, reduce stigma, strengthen supportive communication skills, and learn how to respond effectively in a mental health crisis. Successful completion of a post-course knowledge assessment is required to receive certification.
