Join the NAHSE Chicago Chapter for an engaging community experience during Prostate Cancer Awareness Month. This event focuses on raising awareness, providing free PSA screenings, and promoting prevention strategies to support men’s health.
First Call Urology, a Pruventa Company, will offer free on-site PSA testing, prostate health education, and navigation for men needing urologic follow-up care.
Chicago Family Health Center will provide community health resources and support with nutrition and health education outreach.
Come learn more about fitness and men's health from UFC GYM Area Manager Bryan, and have a chance to win a free introductory membership in the raffle.
Enjoy live jazz by DJ Laurence Smith of WHPK, creating a welcoming, community-centered atmosphere beyond the traditional health fair.
