Menopause can be an uncertain time, but we are here to support you.

• Join our welcoming and non-judgemental community.
• Speak to a qualified Menopause Nurse.
• Connect with other people going through the menopause.
• Pre-, peri- and post- menopausal people of all ages and all stages of their menopause
• journey are welcome.

  Our room is wheelchair accessible and accessible for all physical disabilities.
  There is a hearing loop available (please advise us beforehand if you will require it so we can ensure it is ready for you).
  We can't offer interpreters at this time - this is something we're working towards.
  We don't have childcare facilities at this time - this is something we are looking into for future sessions.
  We will try to be as accessible as possible with our sessions for all abilities and lived experiences - please tell us what you need and we will do our best to provide it.
  For our online sessions, subtitles can be turned on at any time.
