Distinguished Lecturer Series Symposium We hope to see you on Oct. 14 from 4-6:15 p.m. at the UC Davis MIND Institute as we kick off a new Distinguished Lecturer Series season!
We'll be hosting a free in-person symposium focused on co-occurring conditions in neurodevelopmental conditions. Our keynote speaker will be clinician scientist Meng-Chuan Lai of the University of Toronto, who will give a talk titled "Going Beyond the Label: Rethinking Mental Health in Autistic people"
Our presentation will also feature a panel of MIND Institute experts:
--Marjorie Solomon, Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences
--Scott Akins, developmental-behavioral pediatrician and MIND Institute medical director
--Bibiana Restrepo, developmental-behavioral pediatrician
They will discuss other co-occurring conditions, including anxiety, gastrointestinal issues and more.

WHO: Open to all. No registration needed. Seating is first-come, first-served.
Parking is available in the MIND Institute parking lot (Lot 25).
