Bloom Networking Etiquette: How to Work a Room Without Feeling Like You’re Working the Room

We’ve all been there you walk into a room full of people you don’t know, grab a drink, find the one person you recognize, and spend the rest of the evening wondering who you should be talking to.

Networking doesn’t have to feel that way.

Join Lauren Madeira and Natalie Lenchi at The Atelier for an interactive Bloom workshop designed to help you become more confident and intentional in the rooms you walk into.

We’ll go beyond “introduce yourself and exchange business cards” and practice the skills that actually make someone good at networking: how to walk into a room alone, introduce yourself naturally, join an existing conversation, remember names, ask better questions, gracefully move on from a conversation, and follow up in a way that builds a real relationship.

You’ll also learn how to talk about what you do without delivering a rehearsed elevator pitch and how to make the person standing in front of you feel seen, interesting, and worth remembering.

Most importantly, you’ll practice it. This isn’t a workshop where you sit and listen for an hour. You’ll meet people, try the techniques in real time, and leave having already made new connections.

The goal isn’t to become the loudest person in the room.

It’s to walk into your next room knowing how to connect, who to connect with, and how to turn that first conversation into a relationship that continues after the event ends.
