MELT- MOVEMENT LAB

MELT – Movement Lab is a physical workshop for theatre-makers, movers, actors, movement directors, dancers, facilitators, choreographers, directors, and devisers working with ensembles, devising processes, or educational settings.

Through guided movement, instinctive play, and group-based exploration, the workshop invites participants to unlock the body’s capacity for play, expand freedom through impulse, and discover stronger physical connection within an ensemble. It focuses on building bold shared imagery, deepening presence, and opening up new ways of creating through the body.
