Are you tired of living on autopilot? Does it feel like your thoughts are running the show, leaving you feeling anxious or stuck in a loop of seeking approval? Join us on May 16th at Highbury Fields for a transformative hour-long session designed to give you the tools to reclaim your mental clarity and emotional peace.
What You’ll Gain
We won’t just sit in silence. You will learn a structured "toolkit" for your mind, moving through four powerful stages of practice:
- Mindfulness for Freedom: Learn to create space between what happens to you and how you react. You’ll discover how to become the "Observer" of your thoughts, rather than a victim to them.
- Dharana (The Power of Focus): Practice the art of concentration. You’ll walk away with a 3-step technique to sharpen your attention and stop your mind from wandering.
- Anxiety Transformation: We will tackle the physical "tightness" of anxiety. Learn how to unhook from rushing thoughts and heavy feelings in the chest and throat using non-attachment.
- Self-Validation & Connection: Break the cycle of looking for "enough-ness" in others. We’ll end with a heart-centered practice to boost your self-esteem and build genuine compassion for yourself and others.
- Wim Hof Resilience: Finish with three rounds of specialized breathwork to jumpstart your nervous system and build the mental grit needed to handle life’s challenges.
