Join us at Studio Roots for an intimate two-hour gathering inspired by the spirit of Mehregan : an evening to celebrate connection, gratitude, the changing season, and the richness of Persian culture.
We’ll welcome you with rosewater and saffron sharbat, then move through a thoughtfully curated experience of meditation, poetry, music, mindful movement, and sound.
Together, we’ll create a collective autumn mandala using flowers and seasonal leaves, a shared expression of beauty, connection, and the season we are entering.
The evening will close with music, a soothing Sound Bath, and time to simply rest and receive.
Traditional Mehregan-inspired refreshments will be lovingly prepared and shared throughout the gathering. ?

No previous experience with meditation or movement is needed. This gathering is open to everyone, Persian and non-Persian alike, who would like to experience and celebrate the spirit of Mehregan with us.
Come as you are, and leave with a little more Mehr — love, warmth, and connection. ?
