After 25+ years as a Web Developer, Nkonye brought that systems-driven precision into formulation, compliance, and brand-building. The brand emerged from a personal health diagnosis that prompted her to scrutinise ingredients and pursue plant-based cosmetics. She holds an Outstanding Innovator award from Women Like Me.
