Last year, our Grotto honestly changed us. It wasn’t just about the grottos and the gifts; it was the moments in between. Hearing a little whisper of "This is definitely the real Santa"... seeing parents and grandparents wiping away happy tears... that is exactly why we do this. ❤️
Because that feeling of community is what Christmas is all about, we are sticking to our promise for this year:
1. Families stick together: As always, only children receiving a gift need a ticket. Mums, dads, grandparents, and guardians accompany them for FREE.
2. Magic for everyone: We know times can be tough. We have set aside a number of complimentary tickets for local families who could use a little extra help this Christmas. (DM us for details).
Everything else you loved—the decor, the experience, the fun—is only going to be even better than last year. We can't wait to see you believe again.
Your Ticket Includes:
🎅 A Personal Visit with Santa: Meet with Santa by the roaring fire.
🎁 A Quality Gift: Every child receives a special gift to take home (from snow globes and ornaments to puzzles and stationery).
☕ Festive Treat: A child-size hot chocolate from our Courtyard Café to warm up afterwards.
📮 North Pole Post: Don't forget to bring your letters! Our magical North Pole Mailbox is ready for your Christmas wish lists.
Capture the Moment We know how important these memories are. One of our santa's elves will be there to capture the moment, you will be sent a link of the digital photos. If you wish to receive a high resolution version or have it print out and put in a Sessions House Christmas frame, it can be pre-purchased when you book your ticket.
The Spirit of Christmas To ensure the magic of Christmas reaches everyone in our community, we have reserved some complimentary spaces for local children who might otherwise miss out this year. Tickets: £12.00 per Child (Accompanying Adults Free)
To keep the experience special for everyone, we are limiting entry to 6 children every half hour. This ensures you have plenty of time with Santa and no long waits. Please be sure to pick your preferred time when booking.
