MEET THE AUTHOR
Join bestselling Canadian author Lori Thicke for a special evening at the beautiful Deep Cove Yacht Club.
Lori will read from her memoir, Dreamer’s Daughter: Surviving My Childhood and Raising My Father, followed by a lively Q&A and book signing.
By turns heart-wrenching and hilarious, Dreamer’s Daughter tells the story of a family on the move—from northern Ontario to Victoria and finally Vancouver, where they stop moving (for a while). Along the way, Lori discovers that sometimes you have to leave home to find your way back.
