The DoubleTree North Vancouver presents the Fifth Wall Art Exhibit.
For a limited time, you can walk through a curated exhibit of original pieces, all available for purchase, with the option to start your evening with a 3-course dinner at Medley's Grill beforehand.
What is The Fifth Wall?: The Fifth Wall marks the launch of an ongoing series of art shows at DoubleTree by Hilton North Vancouver, supporting young and up-and-coming artists with a rotating showcase in the hotel's public spaces.
Date: Every Tuesday in October
Time: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM (exhibit open during these hours)
Location: DoubleTree by Hilton North Vancouver, 700 Old Lillooet Road
Among the artists on view is Michelle Kruger, a Canadian painter whose work became part of one of the most widely covered art heist stories in recent Canadian history. In 2018, thieves broke into a Calgary gallery and made off with roughly $500,000 in art, including eleven of her own paintings. The recovered pieces, still marked with police evidence stickers, are part of what you'll see on display.
