About this Event
As part of Stress Awareness Month, join us for our first in-person Meet & Connect – an evening designed to bring together Brighton’s community of wellbeing practitioners, space-holders and changemakers.
Hosted by Brighton Wellness Festival, this gathering is part of our year-round community – built to challenge outdated wellness narratives and create a more inclusive, connected and compassionate culture of wellbeing.
What to expect:
This session will explore our theme of 'Regulation' - how we support others without depleting ourselves. Together, we’ll open up honest conversation around boundaries and building a more sustainable way of working – both personally and professionally.
Expect a calm, welcoming atmosphere with time to meet like-minded practitioners, share your work, and feel part of something bigger. There will also be optional mini demos from attendees (such as short breathwork or meditation practices), alongside hot drinks.
Rooted in Brighton’s culture of care and creativity, our community brings together practitioners across modalities – blending science, tradition and lived experience to support collective wellbeing.
Whether you’re an established practitioner or growing your practice, this is an opportunity to connect, collaborate and be part of a movement redefining what wellness can be.
Who it’s for:
Wellbeing practitioners, therapists, coaches, facilitators and holistic professionals based in Brighton & surrounding areas.
What to expect:
- Relaxed, meaningful connection (not transactional networking)
- Conversation around sustainable practice & practitioner wellbeing
- Optional mini demos (e.g. breathwork, meditation)
- Herbal teas and a grounded, supportive space
Spaces are limited (20 people only) – booking is essential.
