During this session, you’ll rest comfortably while soothing sound frequencies from crystal singing bowls and other instruments wash over you. These vibrations help quiet the mind, ease tension in the body, and encourage a sense of balance and clarity. Feel free to bring a favorite mat, pillows, or blankets, but we also have a variety of props available for you in the studio. Adults and kids ages 12+ are welcome to keep the experience peaceful!
