5 – 15.11.2026 · Galerie Artskoco, Luxembourg
🇫🇷

Artskoco is delighted to present “Meditations”, a solo exhibition by Myung-Hee PARK. For twenty-five years, the Korean artist has worked with ottchil, traditional lacquer, layer after layer, bringing mother-of-pearl to light by sanding by hand. At the heart of the show, My Universe (Big Bang) was born from a meditation on the moment when, out of emptiness, awareness arises and the whole universe unfolds.
The exhibition also marks the launch of her book “Mother-of-Pearl Shines Even Brighter in Lacquer Darkness”, published by Artskoco in a bilingual French and English edition.
We look forward to welcoming you to the opening on 5 and 6 November from 6.30 pm, in the presence of the artist.
