Jo’s soundbath uses crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, Zaphir chimes and gentle percussion instruments to lead you on a meditation through sound and resonance to find peace, calm, rejuvenation and feel a deep sense relaxation afterwards.
Attendees to the soundbath session should wear comfy clothes - what you would wear for a yoga or Pilates class - and bring whatever you need to be comfortable lying or sitting for the session and a bottle of water.
A camping or yoga mat or a camping chair with neck support, a blanket, a pillow or cushions and an eyemask are ideal.
