Once a month you can join the Rört Meditation Sauna, where we combine the best of two worlds – heat, deep stillness and waves of meditation. Meeting ourselves by slowing down the pace, going inwards and finding stillness in the warm embrace of community.In the heat of the sauna and the cold of the water tub we build mindfulness of our body. We look inwards as we soothe our nervous system – with sound, steam and scents purposely fitted for us to leave more in touch with what is there to be seen, felt and witnessed.
No experience with meditation is needed. What matters is your willingness to slow down in community and meeting yourself in the heat.
Meditation Sauna takes place the first Tuesday in every month.
PRACTICAL INFO:
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before time to have time to get changed.
Due to limited spaces, you can only buy one ticket per person for the sauna.
Bring your own towel and the amount of clothes you feel comfortable with. Be aware that some people might feel comfortable in a sauna without wearing clothes.
In addition to a changing room with 3 showers, we also have an outdoor shower that you can use.

The sauna costs only 110 kr. for Rört members, and 220 kr. for non-members. All are welcome.
