Guided Meditation at Unity — Every Other Thursday, 10:30 AMJoin us for an hour of guided meditation in the warm, welcoming space of Unity Spiritual Community of Central Oregon. We open with gentle sound — handpan and shruti box — to settle the body, move into a simple mantra tuned to the current astrology, and rest together in stillness and the Presence that holds us all.
No experience needed. Come as you are, whether it's your first time meditating or you've had a practice for years. Please bring your own cushion, mat, or blanket — a few chairs and cushions will be available, but options are limited.
