Join us for our free weekly Meditation & Conscious Conversation Group at the School of Metaphysics.Each week, we gather to slow down, turn inward, and deepen our meditation practice together. Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, you are welcome.
Along with guided meditation and opportunities to develop your own personal practice, we make space for conscious conversation—meaningful discussion and exploration of metaphysical and spiritual teachings, self-awareness, and the ways we can bring greater consciousness into our everyday lives.
This is a supportive and welcoming space to connect more deeply with yourself and with others who are interested in meditation, personal growth, and spiritual exploration.
