Join us in this sacred space to slow down, open our hearts, connect deeply, and experience the healing power of community. Each month, we’ll gather around a different theme, practice, or modality designed to invite greater connection with ourselves, with one another, and with something greater than ourselves.Each Circle of Love will open with a cacao ceremony; a heart-centered ritual to help us slow down, connect within, and enter the gathering with intention. We’ll share in the warmth and presence of cacao as we create space to be fully present with ourselves and one another.
🎶 October’s Circle: KIRTAN CIRCLE 🎶
This month, we’ll gather in the practice of Kirtan—a heart-centered form of devotional chanting and sacred music traditionally shared in community. Through simple call-and-response chanting, rhythm, and repetition, we’ll allow our voices to come together as a way of quieting the mind, opening the heart, and connecting more deeply with ourselves and one another.
No singing or musical experience is needed. You don’t need to know the chants or have a “good” voice. Kirtan isn’t about performance—it’s about participation, presence, and the experience of creating something together.
You’re welcome to sing, listen, move, sit quietly, or simply receive the experience in whatever way feels right for you.
Bring your voice. Bring your presence. Bring your heart. ❤️
And because connection doesn’t have to end when the Kirtan does, we’ll share some time together afterward with light snacks and fellowship. Feel free to bring a snack to share if you’d like!
