Neurographic Art & Sound Bath experience
Please try to arrive by 5:45pm so we can get everyone into the event and start on time at 6pm.
Neurographic Art is a simple, intuitive art practice that invites you to slow down, soften the mind, and turn your thoughts and feelings into lines, shapes, and patterns. There’s no right or wrong way to create, and no artistic experience is needed.
Alongside the art practice, you’ll be guided through a deeply relaxing sound bath featuring singing bowls, chimes and flutes. Let the sounds create space to settle, listen inward and connect with your creative flow.
Come as you are, explore without expectation, and leave with your own unique piece of art.
Please stay for a delicious plant-based dinner and dessert afterwards, included in your ticket!
Meet your Artist Rowena
Kia ora, I’m Rowena and I’ve been teaching art to kids, adults, retirees, and folks on the margins for 15 years. I aim to make art and creativity as inclusive as possible, especially for the people who say, ‘I can’t do art.’
Meet your Sound Healer Alexandra
Alexandra is a sound healing practitioner devoted to nurturing healing in both mind and body. She believes that sound vibration holds the power to expand consciousness and restore harmony and balance in our lives. Her journey into sound healing began with the realization of how deeply sound vibration was affecting her psyche, making her more mindful of the music she listens to and the intention it carries. Along the way, she has drawn inspiration from the Bhakti Lounge Kirtan. Their music has profoundly influenced her own sound healing practice, inspiring her to explore sound as a tool for transformation, connection, and inner peace.
