12th Annual (minus a few Covid missed years) MCS Christmas Craft Fair Update: VENDORS - do not respond to anyone other than Heather Richardson or myself about table reservations. DO NOT pay anyone before the event for a table. Scammers are very active on this page and I can’t always delete them before people see their post.
You are invited to our 12th Annual Christmas Craft fair hosted by MCS Home & School. You can rent a 6 foot table for $30 or $60 for a 12 foot cafeteria bench style table for your crafts or business.
If you do not want a table, the price is the same. The fee for the space and table. Please let us know if you do not want the table.

All registration will be done online. The link will be posted shortly. Look for it within a week or so.
Please fill out the form with any requests on this form to book your table/space. Please fill out the form online to register. This means if you need an outlet, if you want in the gym or cafeteria, any specifics need to be included here. We will try out best to accommodate your requests. Please know that with over 75 vendors it is hard to always accommodate everyone. We are all volunteers and we try our best :)
Table space is limited, so if you are interested in being a vendor at this, please register online for this event as soon as you can. Registrations and requests will be taken on a first come first serve basis. We try our best to include everyone.
Not crafty - We hope you are able to come out and take part in buying some awesome hand made items. We have a lot of amazing talents in our area! Support Local. Last year we had over 85+ vendors here as well as pictures with SANTA.
As long as SANTA can make time away from the North Pole, we are anticipating that he will be here with us again.
All proceeds will be going to MCS Home & School for playground and school enhancements. We thank you in advance for your support!!
Entry fee is by donation at the door.
Time for the public is 10am - 2pm
Vendors can set up at 8am
Please use the Google forms online to register for your table. No money is accepted until day of craft fair. Please, PLEASE don’t send anyone money before. Watch out for scammers.
I will post the link for registration as soon as I have it.
Please DO NOT message me for table registration. That is how we lose information and people get missed. We try our best, but when we have information in different places, mistakes happen.
Hope to see you!
