Guided Meditation with Max Meditation System
Join Dr. Jane Bradbury either in-person or online every Tuesday evening at 6 pm for the highly effective and powerful MaxMeditation System. In-person at Mind Spirit Create or online from the comfort of your home (or whereever you might be), this system combines five time-tested meditation techniques to allow meditators of all experience levels the ability to relax, unwind, and connect with your inner self.
During this session, Dr. Jane will lead you through a series of techniques, including body relaxation, visualization, and sacred word resonance. These practices are designed to calm your mind, reduce stress, connect you with your inner self, and enhance your overall well-being. Each week, Dr. Jane will curate the meditation to align with current energies, including planetary movements, holidays, solar holidays such as the equinox, and the cycle of the moon.
