Matthew Shelton's "Watering Can" album release, performed solo in its entirety to open the show at 8:00.Followed by a screening of Shelton's beach art film, "Hunting Island", created from 100s of photographs, using experimental painterly animation techniques. Live score led by Nora Barton (cello), featuring guest violinist Billie Howard from Chicago and local treasure Jordin Goff.
Headlining the night is ChiChi Wembira, recent transplant to Cincinnati from Zimbabwe, playing traditional and original mbira music with guitarist Clark Wheeler.
