About this Event
Matt Lopes is a nationally touring stand-up comedian and content creator who has built an audience of more than 1.6 million followers across social media - but the live show is where all of that comedy actually gets room to breathe.
When he isn’t posting clips, sketches, and whatever else is making people stop scrolling, Matt is performing stand-up around the country. He headlines comedy clubs throughout the Northeast and has built a reputation as someone audiences are just as happy to watch for an hour as they are for 30 seconds on their feed.
If you already follow Matt online, this is your chance to see what happens when he gets a full stage instead of a phone screen.
FROM THE STRESS FACTORY TO COMEDY CLUBS AROUND THE COUNTRY
Matt is the house comedian at Stress Factory Comedy Club in his hometown of Bridgeport, Connecticut, and has performed at venues including New York Comedy Club, Stress Factory New Jersey, and Funny Bone Comedy Club.
He also tours across the U.S. opening for Corey B, bringing his stand-up to audiences well beyond the Northeast.
Offstage, Matt co-hosts The Boy Friends podcast and continues creating comedy for his massive online following. Somewhere in between all of that, he has also found time to promote DUDE WIPES, which feels important enough to mention.
His credits include Don't Tell Comedy, Just For Laughs, and the New York Comedy Festival - plenty of proof that there is a lot more behind the viral clips.
