About Tea
Tea Parker is a yoga therapist, psychology and art therapy major, and creative wellness curator. Her work encourages people to recognize limiting beliefs, explore patterns and habits that may no longer serve them, and develop greater awareness of the ways their experiences shape how they move through life. She is especially interested in the journey of discovering who we are beneath the patterns we have learned and reconnecting with our sense of purpose along the way.
Tea blends yoga therapy, psychology, somatic practices, breathwork, Yoga Nidra, mindfulness, restorative movement, art, and creative expression into experiences designed to support the whole person mind, body, emotions, and spirit.
Through her healing arts work, Tea creates spaces where science meets soul, creativity becomes part of the healing process, and wellness feels a little more human.
