Join us for an immersive and inspiring Masterclass with Sanna Atherton, exploring the transformative practices of TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises), 9D Breathwork, and Qigong.
During this event, Sanna will share her personal journey of self-development, healing, and transformation, and how these practices have profoundly impacted both her own life and the lives of her clients.
With many years of experience teaching individuals from all walks of life — including Olympic swimmers and high-performing athletes — Sanna brings deep knowledge, authenticity, and a grounded approach to holistic wellbeing.
Originally from Finland, Sanna has lived and worked across the UK, the Caribbean, and South Africa before settling in Ireland over the past year. Since arriving, she has quickly become a valued part of the local wellness community, with her 9D Breathwork and TRE sessions consistently reaching full capacity and attracting many returning participants.
