Join us for a fun in-person workshop where you'll learn how to make the famous Xiao Long Bao (Soup Dumplings) from scratch! Get hands-on experience folding delicate dumpling skins and creating that perfect juicy filling. Whether you're a dumpling newbie or a foodie looking to up your game, this event is for you. Come hungry, leave with new skills and plenty of dumplings to enjoy!
Join Tania Ly of Hoi Sam Harvest – Gold Phoenix Asian Foods for 2.5 hours hands-on workshop where you'll make Soup Dumplings featuring both Pork and Vegan fillings with our prepared filling for you so you can have more time to practice. We’ll guide you through making dough from scratch, rolling out wrappers, folding pleats, and mastering the soup dumpling seal. Then, we’ll teach you how to steam them to perfection and make an irresistible homemade dipping sauce.
You’ll eat what you make, take home any extras, and leave with the skills and confidence to recreate soup dumplings in your own kitchen.
Your experience includes a beautiful mocktail, tea beaverage , Asian sweets and snacks, and plenty of delicious dumplings.
