Step into a calm, cozy kitchen and experience the warmth of authentic Japanese home cooking, taught by a Japanese instructor.
In this small, hands-on class, you’ll learn how to create a comforting bowl of Chicken Chashu Shoyu Ramen from scratch — just like in Japan.
Class Menu
- Chicken Chashu Shoyu Ramen– Shoyu ramen is a Tokyo style ramen, with a light soya based broth. Lighter certainly than other ramen, but absolutely addictive
- Mini Chashu don– A beloved ramen-shop comfort food in Japan: tender chicken chashu served over rice, simple and soul-warming.
What You’ll Learn
- Make a flavorful chicken stock from scratch
- Prepare a shoyu-based ramen soup
- Cook tender chicken chashu
- Make ajitsuke tamago (seasoned soft-boiled egg)
- Choose and balance ramen toppings
- Assemble and serve a beautiful bowl of ramen
You will also receive original digital recipes and post-class content to keep cooking with confidence.
