Society tells you to be strong, to lead, to be tough, to not cry. There’s no place for your feelings of shame and weakness, your desire to yield, to serve, to be led. That’s no way to live—in the bedroom or anywhere. Lay that burden down and surrender to your desires for softness, service, smallness, and being held. Leave shame at the door and bring your shadow self into the light.
This class will give you the language to articulate clearly what you want and how to get it. You will be led through exercises to better understand why you want what you want. You will gain insight into the psychology of submission and the science behind masochism. You will gain tools, tactics, and the confidence to bring your submissive self out of fantasy and into real life.
About the Instructor: Erin Kate is a sexologist and owner of the Erotic Algorithm. She is a kink educator interested in the intersection of power, technology, and sexuality. She earned her Sex Coaching & Sexology certification through the Sexual Health Alliance. She has contributed to their blog, Nymphomedia, writing on topics including sextech, AI, and kink. Passionate about exploration and personal empowerment, Erin Kate creates inclusive spaces for individuals to deepen their understanding of kink and navigate their journeys with confidence.
