Join us for an intimate evening (22 seats) at one of Chicago's newest bars, The Alley Cat, exploring the wonders of caviar through expertly crafted cocktails, chef-created small bites, and caviar education from Antonio Salto of Polanco Caviar.
This guided tasting experience features four unique pairings showcasing exclusive Polanco Caviar, with each martini and bite course thoughtfully matched to highlight the nuances of caviar. Throughout the evening, Antonio will share history, traditions and production methods of caviar, Alessia will discuss the evolution of martinis, while Chef Jaymes Berry discusses the inspiration behind the culinary pairings.
