Get ready for your best race yet with the Official Marathon Shakeout Run. Let the miles feel easy in the Hyperion Max 4 or the newly released Ghost Amp.
Try out Shokz headphones on your run and take home some Carbs Fuel, the official on-course nutrition.
Afterwards snag some breakfast and grab your packet before the rush. All race distances are encouraged to join, as well as open to the public. We'll head out for 3 miles from the IMT Des Moines Expo space at Two Rivers Park at 9:00 AM. See you there!
