A film kicsinyke slágerválogatással indul. Öreg slágerek ezek, még akkor is, ha többségük máig sem enyészett el. Nosztalgia lenne? Vagy inkább a főszereplő bemutatása, aki egykor sikeres színésznő volt? Vagy szatirikus elem, amely tapintatlanul emlékeztet bennünket arra, hogy a történelem forgatagában kiknek is énekelgettek a mi díváink? Nyugalom, csak négy percet kell várni, hogy megszólaljon a hatvanas évek elején fénykorát élő twist. És fénykorát élte a „lakásfilm” is, ugyanis az ötvenes évek második felétől sorra készültek azok a vígjátékok, amelyek cselekménye a lakhatási nehézségek körül bonyolódott. De ez még nem a fanyarkás „panelfilmek” kora volt, így aztán remélhetjük, hogy az összekuszálódott emberi viszonyok a film végére kibogozódnak.Eredeti nyelven, felirat nélkül.

The film opens with a brief musical selection of golden oldies. These are blasts from the past, even if most of them are still popular. Could it be nostalgia? Or do they serve more as an introduction to the main character, who had once been a successful actress? Or perhaps a satirical element that tactlessly reminds us of who our divas sang for amid the whirlwinds of history? Don’t worry, you only have to wait four minutes to hear the Twist, which was enjoying its heyday in the early ’60s. As was the genre of the ‘apartment film’, the slew of comedies produced in the second half of the 1950s that had with plots revolving around housing difficulties. But this was not yet the era of the more disillusioned ‘panel films’, so we can hope that the tangled human relationships will resolve themselves by the end.
