We're doing another Mamas on the Move Walk! Bring your baby in a carrier, push a stroller, come pregnant, or show up solo, just come ready to move! This walk is for YOU, mama...getting outside, breaking a sweat, and connecting with other women who get it 🤎The minis are welcome (obviously), but this one's about prioritizing yourself.
As always, our walk will be led by our Mama Motivator & fitness trainer, Mallory Hopes 💕
