The Malta Cultural Arts Festival (MCAF) is proud to celebrate its 7th year on October 3, 2026, with a full day of indoor and outdoor arts programming at the Malta Community Center. This free, family-friendly community event brings together local artists, performers, and audiences of all ages for a vibrant celebration of creativity. Each year, the festival continues to grow, welcoming residents and visitors while highlighting the cultural richness of our region. Saratoga Arts made this program possible through the Community Arts Regrant Program, funded by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature.
