Makenzy Williamson brings her powerful alt/rock sound to Toronto this July for the release of her debut 12-track album, performing the record live in full alongside select covers from rock icons including Alanis Morissette, Green Day, and Red Hot Chili Peppers. Opening the show is Burness, performing a mix of original music and crowd-favourite covers. 7:00pm | $15
Burness is an Oakville/Hamilton-based pop-rock band with a heavy edge, fronted by Siena, alongside Keagan (drums), Anuj (guitar), and Sammy (bass). Inspired by bands like Paramore, they blend catchy hooks with gritty, metal-influenced riffs. New to the scene and building momentum, Burness delivers an electrifying live show that’s both nostalgic and modern. @burnessband
Makenzy Williamson is an alt/rock singer-songwriter from Lions Head known for her powerhouse vocals, emotionally raw performances, and expressive songwriting. Writing and performing since the age of 10, she blends gritty guitar- and piano-driven arrangements with her angsty lyrics. Alongside performing as part of Kenzy & Olivia, Makenzy is also emerging as a solo artist with the release of her debut album, exploring her intense alt/rock sound. @kenzy.w.music
