Make Your Own - Fun & Colourful Christmas Wreaths
Germany – Day 3 of our Christmas Around the World Advent Calendar
Date: Thursday 3 December 2026
Time: 10am - 1pm
Location: Ngutungka Henley
More colour, more sparkle, MORE BLING!
Forget traditional Christmas wreaths - this year, we're making them bold, bright and completely unique!
Join Di Caught from The Colour Manifesto, a passionate colour lover, for a fun and creative workshop where you'll transform a simple wreath into a joyful celebration of your personality, memories and the people who matter to you.
Layer on the sparkle, add a generous dose of colour and incorporate little treasures that represent you, your family, friends or community. Think paintbrushes, knitting needles, tiny toys or other meaningful keepsakes - the possibilities are endless!
No two wreaths will be alike, and that's exactly the point. Create a one-of-a-kind decoration that tells your story and brings a little extra personality and festive cheer to your home this Christmas. It could even become a treasured keepsake for years to come.
What’s included?
- A plain wreath ready for your creative transformation
- All craft materials supplied
- Plenty of colour, sparkle and festive bling!
- Guidance and inspiration from Di Caught of The Colour Manifesto
What to bring: Please bring at least three small items that represent you, your family, friends or community. They could be anything from paintbrushes and knitting needles to small toys or other meaningful trinkets. Get creative!
Come ready to think outside the wreath and let your imagination shine.
Suitable for anyone over 16yrs who loves colour, creativity and a little Christmas sparkle!

The City of Charles Sturt would like to acknowledge the land we occupy today is the traditional lands of the Kaurna people and that we respect their spiritual relationship with their country. We also acknowledge the Kaurna people as the custodians of the greater Adelaide region and that their cultural and heritage beliefs are still as important to the living Kaurna people today.
