About this Event
An Evening Talk with Dr Prashant Kakoday
“The mind is its own place and in itself can make a Heaven of Hell, a Hell of Heaven.”
— John Milton
Our mind can be our greatest friend — or sometimes our greatest challenge. It influences how we think, feel, respond to situations and experience the world around us.
Our emotions, reactions, personality, attitudes and even our dreams are all shaped by the workings of the mind. Yet how well do we really understand it?
In this thought-provoking and accessible talk, we will explore the fascinating relationship between our thoughts, emotions, behaviour and wellbeing. We will consider how greater self-awareness and a deeper understanding of the mind can help us move beyond habitual reactions, develop inner stability and create a more positive relationship with ourselves.
Discover how the mind can become a trusted companion, supporting a life of greater clarity, peace and happiness.
