About this Event
Sew up a cozy, seasonal wreath in this two day quilted fabric wreath workshop with Susan! This project is a fun mix of sewing skills and creative design, finished off with festive Halloween and fall themed fabrics.
Your ticket covers both days October 24th and October 25th from 2-5pm.
Your ticket covers both class sessions. Lacey MakerSpace will provide pre cut fabric and guided instructions to walk you through every step, so no sewing experience is necessary.
On Day 1 you'll get introduced to our sewing machines and start assembling your wreath pieces.
On Day 2 you'll finish assembly and add all the final touches to complete your project.
Prefer to use your own fabric? You're welcome to bring your own! You'll need 24 total pieces cut to 6x6 inches: 12 squares of one fabric for the inside and 2 sets of 6 squares in alternating colors for the outside.
This class is a great way to try something new, meet fellow makers, and walk away with a handmade wreath to display all season long.

Instructor bio:
I was introduced to crafting by my mother. At age seven, I was making outfits for my Barbie dolls from scraps of fabric, which began a lifetime of sewing, crafting, and creating handmade gifts. I have always been interested in quilt making and officially began my quilting journey three years ago. I love creating unique pieces and find that quilts offer an endless way to send hugs to family and friends. I also make donation quilts for those in need as part of the South Sound Modern Quilt Guild. I would love the opportunity to share my insights, tips, and tricks for making a truly unique quilt top.
